How it works
Three steps. The only thing you do is book your lessons.
- 1Book your lessons
Send a booking request in 60 seconds, or message us on WhatsApp. We match you with a DVSA-approved instructor near you.
- 2Get your ticket 🎟️
As soon as your first lesson is booked, you're entered into that month's draw automatically and we send you your ticket number.
- 3Win a free hour
At the end of the month one winner is chosen. If it's you, we'll message you with your £35 voucher code.
Questions
Do I need to do anything to enter?
No. Book your first lesson with DriveSQ and you're entered automatically. We'll send you your ticket number once your first lesson is booked.
Does the draw make lessons more expensive?
No. Our prices are exactly the same whether there's a draw or not — £35/hr, manual and automatic.
When is the draw?
Entries close at 6pm (UK time) on the last day of each month. The winner is usually chosen the same evening or within a few days.
Am I guaranteed to win something?
No — it's a chance to win, not a guaranteed prize. There is one winner each month.
How do I use the voucher?
Give the voucher code to DriveSQ or your instructor when you book. It covers one hour of lessons (£35). DriveSQ pays your instructor for that hour.
Will my name be shown on the website?
Only if you say yes. If you agree, we show your first name and postcode area — for example “Aisha from M19”.
Free Hour Draw — terms
- Promoter. The Free Hour Draw is run by DriveSQ Driving School, Manchester (“DriveSQ”). Contact us on WhatsApp or phone: 07352 932003.
- Prize. Each month's prize is one FREE 1-hour driving lesson, given as a £35 DriveSQ lesson voucher. DriveSQ may offer extra winners or a bigger prize in some months; if so, it will be shown on this website before that month starts.
- Who can enter. New DriveSQ students aged 17 or over whose first lesson with a DriveSQ instructor is booked during the calendar month. DriveSQ staff, instructors and their households can't enter.
- How to enter. Entry is automatic when your first lesson is booked. There is no separate entry form and lesson prices are not increased because of the draw. One entry per person (per mobile number) per month.
- Closing time. Entries for each month close at 6pm UK time on the last day of that month. If your first lesson is booked after that month's draw has taken place, you're entered into the next month's draw.
- Choosing the winner. One winner is chosen by DriveSQ from all eligible entries for the month, normally by random draw, shortly after entries close. DriveSQ keeps a record of every draw. Entering is a chance to win, not a guaranteed prize.
- Telling the winner. We'll contact the winner by WhatsApp, text or phone within 7 days of the draw. If we can't reach the winner within 14 days, or they aren't eligible, DriveSQ may choose another winner.
- Using the voucher. The voucher can only be used for DriveSQ driving lessons. It's valid for the period shown on the voucher (usually 6 months). There's no cash alternative, and it can't be transferred, sold or exchanged.
- Publicity. We'll only show a winner's name on our website or social media if they agree. If they do, we show their first name and postcode area only.
- Your data. We use your details to run the draw and to contact the winner. See our privacy policy. Entering doesn't sign you up for marketing.
- Changes. DriveSQ may change or end the Free Hour Draw for future months by updating this page. This won't affect entries already made or vouchers already given.
- Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Our main terms & conditions also apply to lessons.
